Qualifications/ attributes

  • Deep expertise in the relevant project topic (if applying for a particular project)
  • Hands-on industry experience leading or executing similar initiatives
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus (if not, we pair you with former top-tier consultants)
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, including developing C-suite–ready presentations
  • Ability to use GenAI tools to accelerate research and deliverables, combined with expert validation and creative thinking
  • A proactive “can-do” mindset and strong client focus
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across all levels—from C-suite engagement to Excel modeling and presentation development
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within flat, agile team structures
